How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship all orders from our warehouse located in Mumbai, India. Standard processing typically takes 1-2 business days after your purchase. However, during sales periods, this timeframe may increase to 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST generally ship out the next business day, though expect slight delays during sales and promotions.

In addition to processing time, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days on average. This timeframe may vary depending on your location,with some deliveries taking up to 10 business days. Additionally, anticipate potential delays of 3-5 days during sales events or within 3 days of a new collection launch.

We offer free shipping across India.

We do not ship internationally.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Had a change of heart? No worries! Simply email us at hello@hopnitya.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that this option is only available if your order hasn’t been shipped or processed yet. If it’s already in progress or on its way, our standard return policy will apply.

How do I return my order?

For your return to be accepted, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

  • It's unworn and unused, with the original tags still attached.
  • It's in the original packaging.

How do I receive my refund?

At Nitya, we do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the full amount of your purchase, which can be used towards any future purchase on our website. We will notify you as soon as your return is processed and your credit is issued, typically within 1-2 business days. Your store credit will be valid for one year, giving you ample time to find something new you love.

How do I exchange my product for a different size / different product?

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily achieve this using our return policy. Simply return your original item and use the credit note you receive to purchase the new size you need.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@shopnitya.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
